This pretty skirt has been somewhat of a hot commodity around the internet.  I see it floating around Pintrest all the time. I found it early on and am pretty happy I made the jump on adding it to my midi skirt collection. This is my final Valentines outfit ideas and I have to say I love how fun and simple it is.
